- Sign up for Sleepio and complete the intake Sleep Test.
- Continue to use the program, and start your first session
- Complete the Session to be automatically entered into the giveaway.

- Each week, a new Session will be available. Complete any Session to enter to win.

Complete a Session by June 30, 2021 in order to be entered into the raffle.
If you are selected, you will receive an email from us by July 16, 2021. One entry per person.

No purchase necessary. Only open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age and older as of May 1, 2021. Giveaway begins May 1, 2021 and concludes June 30, 2021. Giveaway is sponsored by Big Health ("Sponsor"). 461 Bush St #200, San Francisco, CA 94108. We will give away 5 individual Visa gift cards with a retail value of $250 each. Total prize value is $1,250. All prizes offered will be awarded. To enter, associates must sign up for Daylight and complete at least one "check-in" within the app between May 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021. It is also possible to enter by mail without enrolling in Daylight. To enter by mail, please send a letter post-marked by June 30, 2021, marked “Big Health Giveaway” and containing your name, email, company where you are employed, email address, and phone number to Daylight Team, 461 Bush St #200, San Francisco, CA 94108.
Winners will be randomly selected by random drawing between July 1, 2021 and July 16,2021. Winners will be notified via email by July 16, 2021. Failure to respond within one week will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
